A $100 non-refundable security deposit is required as a reservation confirmation. Once the deposit is paid, the equipment will be reserved for the agreed-upon date and time. If the overall balance does not exceed this amount, any unused portion may be refunded once all items are returned in their original condition.
In the event of a cancellation by the customer, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited for canceling the reservation.
Rescheduling is negotiable once the new date is available and the request is not within 24 hours of the booking date. The non-refundable deposit will be applied to the newly scheduled date.
The customer agrees to use all rental equipment in a careful and appropriate manner. Items should only be used for their intended purposes and not subjected to hazardous conditions.
In the event of damage to rental equipment, the customer will be charged for the repair or replacement cost based on the extent of damage and fair market value.
If any rental item is lost or not returned, the customer will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the item.
Our party rental business shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the rental period. Insurance is not provided; customers are encouraged to secure appropriate coverage.
