Security Deposit: A $100 non-refundable security deposit is required as a reservation confirmation. Once the deposit is paid, the equipment will be reserved for the agreed-upon date and time. However, if your overall balance does not exceed this amount, rest assured that we will promptly refund any unused portion of this fee once all items are returned in their original condition. This security measure allows us to protect our inventory and ensure a seamless rental experience for our customers.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation by the customer, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited for canceling the reservation.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling is negotiable once the new date is available, and it is not within 24 hours of the booking date. The non-refundable deposit will be applied to the newly scheduled date.
Care and Usage: The renter agrees to use all rental equipment in a careful and appropriate manner. Items should only be used for their intended purposes and not subjected to any hazardous conditions.
Damage Charges: In the event of any damage to the rental equipment, the renter will be charged for the repair or replacement cost. Charges will be based on the extent of the damage and the fair market value of the item.
Loss Charges: If any rental item is lost or not returned, the renter will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the item.
Liability: Our party rental business shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the rental.
Insurance: Insurance is not provided therefore renters are encouraged to have appropriate insurance coverage to protect against any unforeseen incidents during the rental period.
Regular Weather: In the event that there is rainy weather and you would like to proceed with your event, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 applied to your rental to ensure that the bounce house remains in excellent condition for future use.
Severe Weather: Bounce House rental are subject to weather conditions. If severe weather that includes (high winds, lightening) is forecasted the rental may be rescheduled or canceled. You will be notified 24 hours in advance if the bounce house must be canceled due to weather and you may choose to reschedule or choose a full refund of your deposit.
